As Noji's founder, I take full responsibility for everything that went wrong. Although I designed Noji to be profitable and impactful, as a first-time Web3 founder in Africa, I made several mistakes cutting across marketing, talent sourcing, budget allocation, and communications.
I'm grateful for the lessons learned through Noji's journey. As I continue to grow as a founder, I'll take these valuable insights with me to create more impactful and sustainable projects. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to an exciting future.

Despite the mistakes, I'm still a builder. My errors won't define or impede me. I'm currently working on correcting my mistakes and recovering the huge losses we incurred. Moving forward, I'll focus on self-sustaining ideas that’ll make Noji tokens valuable.
You can’t have earned millions in royalties and then suddenly realize that hmmm… maybe we shouldn’t take anymore money.
The right way to do 0% royalties is to refund all the other royalties you’ve earned.
Just to reiterate that at this point, this demographic will “definitely” stain your white.
Let this be a lesson to everyone passionate about this demographic.
There, I said it.

We read your letter & we are touched. Slowly but surely we are attracting the right people and building the right community.
Difficult but steady and consistent.
We love you too & welcome 🤗
LETTER TO @thenojiverse
Well frankly, I'm short of words on how to describe my love and admiration for this project.
It's not just a collection, it's a culture, a family. It aims to bring something which I believe is very important to us Africans, putting Africa on the Web3 map
@cryptonautt_@thenojiverse @petpaul_ @NFT__NG I disagree. Because little fires like these eventually create much bigger fires. It’s important that we don’t give entitled people room to ruin what we have spent so much to build. Projects keep quiet too much all in a bid to please everyone. Not this founder. Not @thenojiverse
