Stating the obvious that doesn't seem to be obvious to everyone.
Any company/person who does not use the internet, blockchain, or AI will be less competitive. 🤷♂️
next week could be one of the most dangerous weeks this year.
also last week.
also the week before that.
also every monday since 2021.
war, fed, pmi, trump, xi, oil, drones, shipping, nato, and your portfolio.
none of it is directly related to crypto.
the thumbnail still will be.
🚨 NEXT WEEK COULD BE ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS WEEKS FOR MARKETS THIS YEAR.
MONDAY: Markets reopen after another major Middle East escalation.
Houthis claim fresh attacks on Riyadh, while the Iran war continues to threaten oil and global shipping.
Europe is also on high alert.
Officials are warning about Russian hybrid attacks, drones, and the growing risk of a wider NATO confrontation.
TUESDAY: 3 Fed officials speak just days after the Fed's first rate hike in three years.
Markets will be looking for clues about what comes next.
WEDNESDAY: S&P 500 PMI Flash data drops.
This will show whether the massive energy shock is starting to hit economic growth.
THURSDAY: Trump and Xi meet in Washington.
Trade, tariffs, Taiwan, AI, Iran, and critical minerals are all expected to be discussed.
So this week, we have war risk, oil shock, Fed officials' speech, fresh economic data, and the Trump-Xi meeting.
None of them is directly related to crypto, but it'll impact the markets and your portfolio.
somebody always finds a country having a bad week then slaps “this is why I own bitcoin” at the end like it’s a TED talk.
as for turkey: this isn’t a surprise collapse. lira’s been bleeding for years, inflation never really left, and now funds are getting liquidated while they cut margin requirements and throw government-linked money at the stock market. that’s a liquidity patch, not a fix.
people there already treat btc and usdt like savings. the story isn’t the all-caps. it’s that the official answer is always more liquidity and never a real currency
🚨 SOMETHING REALLY BAD IS HAPPENING IN TURKEY.
Lira is hitting new lows every week.
Stocks crashed 8%+ this week.
Inflation is above 30%, while bond yields are exploding.
And now a liquidity crisis has hit its investment funds.
Investors reportedly pulled $1 BILLION in a single day, and authorities ordered the liquidation of 131 funds worth $18.3 BILLION, affecting around 350,000 investors.
Turkey is now cutting margin requirements from 35% to 20%, offering more liquidity and using government-linked money to support stocks.
Currency crisis. Inflation crisis. Bond crisis. Stock selloff.
And now a liquidity crisis.
Turkey is getting hit from almost every direction at once, and this often ends very badly.
This is why I own Bitcoin.
Robinhood Chain just passed $60B cumulative DEX volume

zksnarks please refund my $1,140.85
It's sitting on the wallet you told me to send funds to (0x909817d79AB10212bA512302e05B52b469b5e8d8)
Does no one have any connections to the team whatsoever that can help me out?

Why do some people think banks are scared of blockchain?
They’re not.
They’re just still taking 3 days and $40 to send money across the street.
Blockchain is open. Anyone can use it.
Including the bank that still “processes” your PIX overnight. 🤷♂️
Why do some people think banks need to be scared of blockchain? or banks need protection?
Blockchain is faster, cheaper, and more easy to verify way of transferring value.
Blockchain is an open technology anyone can use, including banks. 🤷♂️

Throwback Thursday takes us back to the supercomputers that were already running on Linux years ago. We asked: what if blockchain were too?
That question is the product now. Ready to use today. Linux execution. Ethereum security. Now, let’s build with it!
