@JoshuaKhane The same thing happened to me with Hetzner. They changed the payment dates and couldn't withdraw the money due to their own mistake. At the end of the month, because I didn't see the notification emails, all my digital assets, worth 20TB, were permanently deleted from storagebox.

@noor36758 @Samaytwt Hetzner deleted my 20Tb data after just 3 emails that I didn't noticed in 3 weeks. After 1 week stopping access to the data it was gone. I didn't get how they where unable to take the amount from my card. Google is a gold standard if comparing with other storage providers.
