@kennedytcooper If you look aggregate, but not location based, which is what matters (unless you wanna bus homeless people against their will). There are not enough empty homes in the very high population areas with high homelessness. Read more than the headline you bought hook, line and sinker.

And I can't afford to own here, so if I want to live here to do the things I love, I should have to be homeless (no landlords = no rentals)?
