@maeniacals Bisher nur den Mandel Kokos- ich finde zum backen sind die bestimmt mega, aber um zum beispiel nen Naturrjoghurt zu süßen sind die einfach zu süß, das lässt sich richtig schlecht dosieren

Digga also auf ernst wer sich chunky in den Joghurt ballern kann is krank, als Ersatz beim backen check ich das, ansonsten is das Zeug doch extrem viel zu süß als das man das richtig dosieren könnte #edtwt

@cigaretteofed That issues are just bc of my most recent kcal cut, i hit a plateu and just can't loose weight... I eat about 1000-1200 kcal a day (i also move all day bc of work), but i am not even underweight so not even harm reduction is an option unfortunately
