THE REASON WHY WE ARE BULLISH ON #ERC404

Hi Scatters,

You may have noticed that we recently launched the first #ERC404 on @arbitrum: Crystal @404_Crystal.

The team has noticed some doubts from our early community members, wondering whether Scattering is changing its position or something else.

Here are the team's thoughts on #ERC404 when they first observed Pandora's experiment:

1⃣️ERC404 offers a more efficient and programmable solution compared to Scattering's current approach for ERC721.

Currently, Scattering's solution requires fragmenting ERC721 NFTs into ERC20 sTokens and then anchoring the floor price value.

However, ERC404, being a hybrid of ERC20 and ERC721, is inherently more efficient. The team quickly grasped this concept upon encountering it and subsequently launched the Crystal experiment, now the largest and flagship ERC404 on Arbitrum.

2⃣️While much of the discussion currently revolves around the ERC20 aspect of ERC404, the team believes this is just the beginning.

The real innovation lies in the NFT aspect of ERC404. Pioneers in the ERC404 space, including the team, will begin to explore various user scenarios beyond simply treating it as a meme coin.(1/3)
