3 years ago, TON DEXs slowly lost their liquidity, volume, and attention.

Communities disappeared.
Builders left.
Many people stopped believing TON could become a real on-chain economy.

Maybe the infrastructure simply wasn’t ready yet.

But recently, for the first time in years, TON feels alive again.

The MTONGA upgrades, near-zero fees, sub-second finality, Telegram becoming the driving force, Cocoon, Mini Apps — it finally feels like TON is becoming what many of us once imagined.

Not just another blockchain.

A real internet-scale ecosystem connected to hundreds of millions of users.

But there is something important many people inside the community still remember.

Over the past few years, while the Foundation tried to carefully build the ecosystem, countless projects slowly disappeared.

Yes, scams became fewer.

But at the same time, many community-driven ideas, experiments, memes, small teams, and organic projects also died before they even had a chance to grow.

Web3 culture cannot be built only from the top down.

Real ecosystems become alive when communities are allowed to experiment, fail, create, trade, and build strange things organically.

They are where culture begins.

Communities are the soul.

We understand that Telegram and TON want to protect users and build something sustainable.
