The Europeans coming for the World Cup won't want to return when they realize how beautiful it is to have air conditioning in every building they enter and ice in every drink they order 🇺🇸
If you build a good app it doesn’t actually matter what chain it’s on. Platforms constantly moving to the chain that is getting the most attention is a red flag for me personality
Have been taking a break from the arena this last week. Popping out of my toaster to clarify Terminal distribution.
1. Email is not mandatory. It's there for people to have an alternative recovery option and ensure they get their claim.
2. Activity after close (21st) was not considered for final points. We said this both before and at the point of distribution, and it's what we did. The "Week 4" time window in the recap is our evaluation period not onchain activity period.
It will be adjusted to the activity period we attributed the points to (which is the length of the program).
I know it's en vogue to pile on to everything we do right now (some justified, some not), but the two things causing a stir this weekend aren't reality.
No one was "tricked" to find aligned people post shutdown - we just went back and reviewed the holistic participation of users in the program and rewarded based on that.
Example:
You were active every week of Terminal and tried a variety of apps earnestly? Great - more points!
The wording in the tweet from main was a little firmer than needed on emails, but it has no impact on your claims other than optionality on receiving your USDm.
The team has been incredibly focused on navigating the next few months of MegaETH's product-focused journey and with that has come some timeline quietness as we reorient our ecosystem.
Will be in and out today to answer questions.
If it’s true that people that kept using @megaeth after sunsetting Terminal got more boosted points then I think that’s pretty poor actually.
When Terminal was closed I had lots of assets on Mega. I didn’t really sell anything but everything got nuked due to incentives being pulled.
If I’d have just dumped everything I’d have probably got a lot more points. It seems like holding those assets (some I was incentivised to buy), has counted for nothing.
For over a year I was extremely impressed with the team and excited for Mega, but things have been quite poor since TGE and I’m starting to just not care about it anymore.
For now I remain hopeful but it’s getting harder to keep backing them
How was it? Arsenals strongest offence is corners, they basically had a free hit as if it was cleared the halftime whistle would have gone. It was already 30 seconds over and Saka slowly walking over was just taking the piss. It was a statement from the ref and I think it was good
@JB4t00n@Rory_Talks_Ball It was very consistent. Arsenal tried to game the system like they always do and the referee was consistent in not allowing it to happen. The yellow was probably a bit harsh but it definitely stopped Arsenal players from doing it again.
@JB4t00n@Rory_Talks_Ball Booking a player for time wasting… so a correct decision?
Arsenal have pushed it to the limit all season and they know that, the ref last night wasn’t having any of it and did a great job.
After using @megaeth apps heavily and actively supporting the eco right from the beginning I’ve now dropped positions on the leaderboard after this points update?
Very weird
