βthe personal is what makes art matter. our point of view, not our drawing skills or musical virtuosity or ability to tell a story.β -rick rubin
point being: the tools will evolve, skills will become more accessible, but having taste and a unique POV will continue to make a story meaningful and impactful more than anything else.
@nbaschez@lexdotpage this is awesome @nbaschez! π been some time since your market research workshop, and have been loving your product building process since early days of lex β¨
@eikedrescher it's soo good, genuinely! keep building! i'm a new designer, so getting to learn a lot.
i also checked out your portfolio, some amazing work there as well! would be great to have a chat sometime to understand your design pov (if you're up for it) β¨
@The_Vikhyat@ezSnippet i second that, to add, in crypto, token prices were (are?) being perceived as their utility which doesn't help the products much but def hamper products with great utility.
this looks super interesting. on a higher level the ui feels like knowledge graphs (minus the nodes & lines) along with auto-tagging (for categorisation) and auto-connections (built on top of those categories), both leading to the context? lmk if i'm missing something crucial?
i worked on something like this 6 months ago, the problem we realised with knowledge consumption apps (with knowledge curation capabilities, example connections) is that you need users to bring in their info from other sources / or start using this as their default consumption app β both of which is (extremely) difficult.
i'd love to get your thoughts on this? how do you see this evolving based on your insights?
@blakeandersonw @apex_inc_ haha well there's no doubt that he was a great visionary, but it's up to you whether you take this as an insult or a compliment π
