Introducing Privateparty gate, the simplest authentication flow for https://t.co/dQ1c9t4w8y.
It's so simple that you don't even need JavaScript anymore.
Simply include a single link to the "privateparty gate" page in your web app, and it takes care of everything.
The gate page automatically renders a "login" button when the user is logged out, and a "logout" button when the user is logged in.
So all you need to do is just include a single link to the gate page, and that takes care of both login and logout!
Nice - @0xPrivateparty on the front page of /r/ethereum right now!
Head over to Reddit and hit that "upvote" button for more exposure and support. Thanks! (Also, leave feedback in the comments if you have one)

Imagine an NFT gated WIFI network - no popups, no TOS. Just instant authentication/authorization, all implemented seamlessly and permissionlessly.

Privateparty started out as a simple project I needed for myself.
I needed a simple blockchain authentication/authorization system that can be plugged into my own project (@nuronos), without having to worry about relying on some centralized infra.
I looked and I looked, and could not find a SINGLE blockchain auth framework that's open sourced and without a 3rd party infra reliance/lock-in.
Everyone raising millions of VC dollars trying to build a centralized business on something that should just be an open source project
Introducing Privateparty Anywhere--cross platform support for https://t.co/dQ1c9t4w8y
- JWT: Privateparty is now 100% powered by JWT (token authentication)
- API: Privateparty now works not just in the browser, but also over API calls (server, mobile app, IoT device, etc)
