@fccpcnigeria@MTN180@MTNNG@NgComCommission I paid ₦30,000 online for an MTN FlyX ODU on Sept 17 (Reg: FLYX-20260917-NUGD0Y / Ref: NREG4554281). Nothing in MTN's ads or website stated I'd have to visit their head office or queue by 5 AM for a 25-unit daily limit.
@MTNNG Please explain this FlyX situation.
Customers pay and are told to come to your office to collect the device, only to arrive and be told that just 25 units are available forcing people to come as early as 5AM just for a chance to collect a device they ALREADY PAID FOR.
@MTNNG Worse still, when customers who cannot collect the device request a refund, they are reportedly not getting a proper response.
Why collect customers’ money when there are not enough devices available for collection?
@Opeoluwa Korra isn't. You all just want some overpowered MC shenanigans. But Korra is more about a modern world that is less dependent on supernatural powers.
@OfficialSamkayz Lol. Confidence is not a substitute for knowledge.
Fineract stores monetary value as decimals. It has nothing to do with unit.
Currency unit doesn't create vulnerability, bad implementation does.
