Using Kanban for feature tickets absolutely sucks!

I have never seen an adequate ticket for those tasks, ever, regardless of how many black belts in Scrum, Agile, Voodoo the team management had.

Ticketing should be used for ... TICKETS. Bugs, errors, problems.
