A bit of wisdom I heard a long time ago from the founder of @ICODrops but never appreciated until 2022 hit.

To succeed full-time in crypto, your daily life should be conservative, stable, and predictable.

Take regular walks without any stimulation (no music, podcasts, etc), go to bed at the same time, do not stare at the charts all day etc.

There is only so much volatility and stimulation our psyche can handle.
