Tough Day Trading $SOL: Entered at $149 aiming for a quick scalp, but the market had other plans. Heavy volume at 10am EST sent it spiraling down. Fought the trend by DCA'ing from $149 to $139.50.

Recovery Mode: Managed to break even at $144 and snagged a small profit at $145 in the morning.

Lessons Learned:

R/R Disaster: This was a poor trade with bad risk/reward.

New Strategy: Focus on trading ranges, avoid fighting trends during high volume times.

Support Levels: Avoid buying support if there have been 2 retests.
