@dissidentwest Not sure if you tried this but you need to sleep around the circadian rhythm. It takes several days to adjust. Try going to sleep earlier and not knowing what time it is. Magnesium supplement before bed for deep sleep. No blue light for several hours before sleep. Count sheep.
