Looking for my next role in Web3 Growth / Operations.
5+ years in Web3, mostly working on the project side.
Currently exploring opportunities across Web3, AI & Fintech, especially Growth, Product Growth, Growth Ops and Strategy.👈
@edinsoncode This is closely aligned with my background. 4+ years in Web3 across NFT, SocialFi & marketplaces, focused on growth strategy, user systems, liquidity & monetization. I’d love to explore how my experience could fit this role.

If you're a Founder / CEO / Growth Lead dealing with a growth problem, feel free to DM me.
I'm happy to start with a mini Growth Audit or a small growth experiment.
No need to talk about a job first.
Let’s see if I can solve the problem.✌️

I'm particularly interested in products where growth, product mechanics and user behavior are closely connected.
Especially:
CEX / Consumer Crypto / Marketplaces / AI / Fintech
I’m more interested in solving real business problems than simply executing a playbook.

Virtuals already solved identity, capital, and coordination for agents.
The next challenge is converting that foundation into repeatable user demand.
Curious to hear how builders think about the demand layer of the agent economy.

Virtuals Protocol has solved one of the hardest early problems in the agent economy:
Building the supply layer.
The next constraint is no longer:
“How do we launch more agents?”
It is:
“How do we create sustainable demand for them?”
A short thread. 👇
Built this to solve my own workflow.
One AI/Web3 research now becomes an X thread, a WeChat article, or a CapCut-ready video script.
The goal isn't more content—it's one consistent thesis.
Feedback welcome 👇
Final takeaways (5-6/6):
The protocol is ready.
The social graph isn't.
Farcaster has great infrastructure, but genuine relationships, strong retention, and organic network effects remain the biggest challenges.
People stay for people, not protocols.
Consumer Crypto Framework #2: Farcaster
Why hasn't Farcaster become the Web3 version of X?
My view:
Social products are built on relationships, not protocols.
Infrastructure can reduce friction, but it cannot create social capital.
