$THOR
THORSwap is back online! Please resume your regularly scheduled swapping of over 5,500 assets across 10 blockchains, right from your own self-custody wallet.
What's changed? Other than the shiny new terms of service, users won't notice a thing. Behind the scenes, we've partnered with an industry leader to put some extra guardrails in place to help prevent the flow of illicit funds.
We may still need to fine tune things over the coming days, so if you notice anything going wrong in the app, please open a ticket on Discord to let us know.
Some community members and fellow contributors from multiple projects reached out in the past few days to show support and send encouraging messages:
thank you to each and everyone of you. It's truly appreciated and made a real difference during this challenging past week ๐
THORSwap contributors are code-complete on a long-term solution, and in the process of integrating a final component that will permit us to re-launch swaps.
We recognize the time-sensitive considerations and are working around the clock to bring @THORSwap back online, and have every expectation of doing so in short order. Thank you for everyone's patience and understanding.
@WorldDlt@otteroooo@asgardex As I said, you don't need a frontend. You can broadcast your own transaction with your own memo. Frontends facilitate this process...
@THORSwap@RuneWolf1@ChadThoreau The formula is the following:
((vTHORBlockReward + buybackThor) / tvl) * 100
Where:
- vTHORBlockReward = the block reward that we get from the smart contract * the number of blocks per year.
- buybackThor = the 7 days average of the buybackThor
- tvl = THOR staked
