After 11 months of blocking my account, support is still telling me to “wait” without any clear timeline and refuses to tell me the reason for the blocking. This is not what I expected as an honest user.
Blocking my funds without explanation has driven me into depression and I am having suicidal thoughts. I can't work and earn without access to my money, my family has not even received their Christmas gifts.
