Some coins take time to build tho, gotta consider what a dead coin means here. Maybe a combination of time, market cap and holder count would be good as some coins need a bit of time to build.

If a community of 500 holders have been building their coin/narrative for 3 days and they're sitting at 40k, doesnt necessarily mean their coin is dead and should be able to be vamped. Gotta make room for the slow cooks too.
