導入 Claude code 到日常 PM workflow，是近期最大的工作方式改變，原本要幾天的工作，現在幾個小時就搞定了，重點是考慮得比我還周全一百倍

簡單總結流程：
需求進來 → Claude Skills 先一頓輸出 → Claude Sub-agents 多角度檢視 → 產出需求清晰的 PRD + Prototype → 跨部門溝通 → 目標、規格確立

先說 Skills 這個概念，就是把你腦袋裡的 SOP 寫下來給 AI 遵守，格式、用字習慣、團隊規範、參照哪些資料... AI 會按照預設的標準產出，穩定又一致，所有可以流程化的都可以封裝成一個 skills e.g. requirement-analyzer, prd-reviewer, ticket-generator ...

改 A 壞 B 的情況，人腦真的記不住，命名一致性、邏輯衝突、算式影響...這些花時間又容易出錯的工作，就交給 AI 做 cross-reference

再來是 Sub-agents，其實就是製造各種人設，換位思考，創造 MKT、UX、Dev、QA、stakeholders 等不同的角度的 agent 來針對功能、PRD 給意見，常常會發現自己沒想到的盲點，運作起來，就像是有一個團隊，需求來了：PM agent 先評估產出 PRD、UX agent 看體驗、Dev agent 評估可行性、釐清規格，以前這些來回確認要開好幾次會，現在自己在電腦幾小時搞定

最棒的是 AI 可以快速產出 Prototype，常常設計還沒好就要跟 stakeholders 討論，沒圖大家各自想像，事後吵吵鬧鬧，現在直接丟一個能動的 Prototype，溝通效率快非常多，有時也可以先驗證些技術可行性

還有最重要的一點，Git Flow，以前文件散落各地找不到，疏於維護變垃圾，現在所有產出都在 Git 裡，版本控制清清楚楚，我幻想中未來的 best practice: 所有 role 都在 Git 上工作、share a same context

目前都還是很粗淺的應用，但已經有效減小自己產出垃圾給隊友嫌的機會、省下不少時間、也為煩悶的工作增添一點趣味，會再持續精進，若有高手路過也歡迎指教

Even though I already have a metal card, I decided to try trading anyway. It doesn’t seem hard to reach 300 points. With normal trading activity, it should be achievable within 1-2 weeks.

If I want to participate in this campaign and trade perps, I need to:

1. Transfer funds from my Ready app or other wallet to Ready Wallet
2. Deposit into the perp account. Note that only USDC.e is supported collateral for now, so I first need to swap USDC to USDC.e (why?)
3. Start trading. The UI is currently very minimal, and market order is the only supported order type.

From a ux perspective, there’s a lot of room for improvement. Also I honestly don’t understand why Ready and Ready Wallet exist as two separate apps instead of being unified.

Deployed some funds into the JLP/USDC Multiply strategy on @jup_lend, powered by @0xfluid

It’s effectively a leveraged long on an index of SOL, ETH, WBTC, and USDC, while also earning yield from traders’ PnL and the fees generated by the JLP pool.

Why?
The market has been trending down for a while but hasn’t broken lower. I’m cautiously bullish in the near term, but I don’t expect an immediate explosive rally. This setup lets me gain index exposure while earning some yield at the same time, which feels like a reasonable approach atm.

Max APY 60.13% with a 6.46x multiplier - looks juicy, but comes with risk. I’m keeping my leverage much lower.

@yieldbasis yield performance has been quite strong lately, and the $YB token price has also held up well, staying above its post-TGE lows.

Considering current market conditions, it’s definitely outperforming. Hope it continues.
