Two days ago, we increased the max batch size for transactions on @Nebula_DEX from 50 to 101, enabling algo traders to include more orders in their atomic updates.
While doing this, we saw a huge spike in throughput on the chain, peaking at over 5,000 orders/s in some blocks.
The end result is that the chain is able to process significantly more transactions while continuing to process blocks in an orderly fashion. The chain is now routinely processing between 1,000 and 2,000 order updates per second as shown in the screenshot below.
