i think Mezo must convince Bitcoin holders shift from passive HODLing to active DeFi participation:

One-click BTC deposits and mobile apps for quick MUSD use in payments like bills.
Strong Incentives
Tiered points for long BTC locks, $MEZO airdrops, and referrals for yield boosts.
Wide Partnerships
Link with Binance for payroll, Aave/Uniswap for DeFi, and Cosmos for bridges to grow TVL fast.

A lot of things went wrong with the airdrop.
The biggest issues:

1. The tokenomics are completely unclear — there’s no explanation at all about where these 150 million circulating tokens are. It’s been three days since launch and we still have no answers.

2. It’s okay that things didn’t go perfectly, but blaming the community for the price drop is just wrong. The price is low and dumping because nobody is buying the token — that’s the reality.

3. Eclipse was hyped and kept alive by two groups: the eKOLs on Twitter and the ASC holders. And the rewards they got in return were honestly disappointing. You treated your real community like farmers — and you got the same response.

4. I like Alucard, but seeing him so casually insult token holders and blame the community is really upsetting and wrong.
