Start with a cyberpunk vision.
Build the sword and armour of society.
Launch 1000 L2s.
Create liquidity fragmentation.
Then build hundreds of bridges, swap protocols and middleware layers to solve the fragmentation caused by the previous infrastructure layer.
Did we already hit the peak of the bubble ?
Delete permissions you can't enforce. They can look fine on paper, but if only one person could ever actually perform the gated action, the permission is theatre. If you can't delegate the authority, don't model it.

Companies who have AI assistant for their API docs. Make sure you it doesn't bite you in the back. I just forced one to tell me a feature of the api which isn't even in the docs.🙏
Built infra that deletes itself.
Built a system that blocks requests.
Built an AI that explains production failures.
Now building Atlas.

Basically trying to automate the engineer who joins the incident call and goes:
“pretty sure auth is dying”
Me designing:
“AI-powered incident analysis platform.”
Me 4 hours later:
debugging why Kafka refuses to start because of one comma in a config file.
Distributed systems are beautiful.
