What makes the math interesting:
> Rewards are weighted heavily toward higher tiers
> 1x for Explorer, 4x for Navigator, 18x for Captain
> Assuming ~40 active ambassadors across tiers, estimated rewards per person come out around
$5.5k for Explorer
$23k for Navigator
$95k for Captain

Even if participation doubles to 80 people, Explorer level reward still lands around $2.5k. The pool is genuinely attractive relative to the competition required to earn it

> Every 2 weeks, the entire roster gets reviewed
> Strong contributors get promoted
> Low contributors get demoted. Inactive members get removed
> No dead weight diluting the pool. No bots and AI spammers running out the clock

Solstice filters for real creators and keeps the reward pool concentrated among people actually doing the work

To move up tiers, two things matter:
> Onchain metrics: wallets referred via your code, TVL deposited by those users, and how long they stay. Retention counts, not just acquisition
> Content quality: depth of explanation, community engagement, local language reach, format creativity. The team reads and responds. That feedback loop is real
> The brief: educate genuinely, explain how USX yield actually works, show people how to use partner protocols. Just content that helps people understand what they're getting into
