I just don’t see any value of UXD protocol apart from adding extra layers to eventually collect swap fee and funding rate from depositors.

In fact, it is much more capital efficiency than UXD because: Deposit 100$ SOL, then borrow 50$ USDC -> 150% efficiency.

While with UXD, it’s 100% efficiency only.

Why do users deposit 100$ worth of $SOL to get $100 $UXD? And users have to absorb swap fee for “fiat->$sol”, UXD mint/redeem fee!!

whole point of buying SOL in the first place is to having exposure while unlocking some capital.
