Ocak ayında partner hesabım altında toplamda 70 Milyon$ hacim yapıldı. Söz verilen ödül: 1M hacim başına 60$'dı (bazı hesaplar için 40$). Totalde 3000$ NAKİT ödeme yapılması gerekiyordu.
Haftalarca "haftaya gelecek" diyerek beni oyaladılar. Mart başında ise "Finans ekibi sorun çıkarıyor" bahanesiyle nakit ödememi yapmayacaklarını, bunun yerine bonus tanımlayacaklarını söylediler.
Mecburen şartlı kabul ettim: "5000$ bonus verilsin ama kurallar standart olsun; çapraz işlem türünde çalışsın ve %50 zarar karşılasın." Tamam dediler ama gönderdikleri bonus sadece %20 zarar karşılayan ve sadece izole işlemde geçerli bir "tuzaktı".
Bu şartlar altında kâr etmek imkansızdı. Bonusun 250$ tutarını kullandım.
Asıl skandal ise şu: Bakiyemi çekmek istediğimde, kullandığım bonus miktarı olan 250$ sildiler! 1146$ olan bakiyemden sadece 901$ çekebildim.Yani bu bonusu 5000$ kullansam bile hepsine çökeceklerdi.
Bahane ise tam bir fiyasko: "Hesabın multiye yakalandı." Bu bir etkinlik ödülü değil, benim hak ettiğim nakit paranın yerine verilen bir telafiydi! Kendi tanımladıkları bonusun kârını, komik bahanelerle siliyorlar.

Greetings friends, today I will explain to you in all details the systematic victimization I have been experiencing for 3 months on the @Bitbaby_EX - @BitbabyZH exchange. See how the volume you worked for and the earnings you deserve are being usurped.
In January, a total of 70 Million$ volume was made under my partner account. The promised reward was $60 per 1M volume (for some accounts $40). It required a total payment of $3,000 CASH.
For weeks, they stalled me by saying "it will come next week." At the beginning of March, they told me the finance team was creating problems and they wouldn't pay me cash, but would define a bonus instead.
I conditionally accepted: "Let a $5,000 bonus be given, but let the rules be standard; let it work in cross transaction type and cover 50% loss." They said okay, but the bonus they sent was a "trap" that only covered 20% loss and was valid only in isolated transactions.
It was impossible to make a profit under these conditions. I used $250 of the bonus.
The real scandal is this: When I wanted to withdraw my balance, they deleted the $250 bonus amount I used! In other words, even if I had used $5,000 of this bonus, they would have seized it all.
The excuse is a total fiasco: "Your account caught in multi." This was not an event reward; it was given as a compensation instead of my rightful cash reward! They are deleting the bonus profit with ridiculous excuses.
@Bitbaby_EX is a disappointment. It is an exchange that eyes the profits of users and does not keep its word.

despite my repeated requests, Bitexen Global still has not resolved my issue.
My account has been closed without a clear justification, my earned referral competition rewards remain unpaid, and all emails receive only automated bot responses.
I fully completed all AML/KYC requests, yet there is no real response, no timeline, and no solution.
Does it really take weeks to review completed documents?
Why is a user kept waiting like this?
