We've identified an issue in Geth v1.13.0 which rejects withdrawals from blocks (i.e. produces bad blocks / doesn't produce blocks) when mining.

The issue was fixed on our master branch, we'll also prep a release later today or in the morning the latest.

2. Users aren't co-mingling w/ illicit funds, Tornado users deposit & withdraw their own property
