Hi @PerpetualCow I’m contacting you before publication of an investigative article on the $COW / Fwog controversy.

The article covers your launch of Fwog, the $FROG launch after the original $COW run, the $COW 2.0 merger/relaunch, the $250k/Ferrari giveaway proposal, the $COW 3.0 migration discussions, the silence since March, the removal of Fwog references from your profile, and your later statement that that cow relaunch 2.0 wasn’t your coin.

Because the article includes serious allegations from community members, including claims that holders bought or held $COW based on your public statements, promised support, giveaways, buybacks, creator fee commitments, and migration updates.

As a show of good faith, I want to give you a fair chance to respond before publication on twitter and reddit.

Please comment on the following:

* Did you or did you not take over and publicly lead $COW 2.0 after the $FROG/$COW merger?
* What happened to the promised giveaway campaign of $250,000 including a Ferrari 458 Italia  none of which were ever delivered?
* What happened to the $COW 3.0 migration you proposed which led to cow 2.0 crash in price?
* Why did communication stop after multiple missed timelines?
* What happened to the $COW related fees for buybacks, and why did it stop?
* Do you intend to make the community whole in any way?
* How do you justify saying ‘that cow relaunch wasn’t my coin’ after your prior public involvement? And  your subsequent removal of all references to Fwog and $COW from your public Twitter profile without announcement or explanation.

The harm caused to community members is documented, including individuals who invested life savings and have experienced serious personal hardship as a result and as a result some holders are also preparing to pursue collective legal action unless there is a serious remedy or public accountability plan.

If you want your response included, please reply within 48 hours from today I will include your statement fairly and will correct any factual inaccuracies if you provide evidence.
