Built an n8n workflow that manages bookings across two calendars without double-booking.
It does more than create bookings.
โ Checks availability across Calendar A & B
โ Books the first available slot
โ Updates existing bookings while preventing conflicts
โ Moves bookings between calendars when needed
โ Handles cancellations
โ Syncs every change with Google Sheets
โ Stops invalid requests before they cause issues
What started like a simple "check availability and book" workflow quickly turned into handling dozens of edge cases.
That's the reality of automation.

Just wrapped up my final paper
Years of stress, late nights, deadlines, and pushing through finally paid off.
Grateful for the journey. On to whatever comes next.
Congratulations to me๐
@maintishe@grok@grok make this look like a professional studio portrait, remove the street background, replace it with a clean studio backdrop, keep the person exactly the same, and make the lighting look like a real highend studio shoot.
