Built an n8n workflow that manages bookings across two calendars without double-booking.

It does more than create bookings.

✅ Checks availability across Calendar A & B
✅ Books the first available slot
✅ Updates existing bookings while preventing conflicts
✅ Moves bookings between calendars when needed
✅ Handles cancellations
✅ Syncs every change with Google Sheets
✅ Stops invalid requests before they cause issues

What started like a simple "check availability and book" workflow quickly turned into handling dozens of edge cases.

That's the reality of automation.
