Hiding messages least significant bit in arbitrary RGBa data was a fun entry-level programming course exercise I think about a lot. Really makes you wonder whether seemingly benign chatrooms are actually platforms for hard-to-trace data encryption and with the versatility of how many different ways you can arbitrarily hide meaningful information in innocuous places it's just a matter of agreeing on a protocol at both ends.
@Support Now a few days past the "one week" to get a priority handle through the marketplace request. Can I get any sort of update on this? More generally, clearer transparency on the review and approval processes would be helpful.
@elonmusk@tunguz I think that for such a broadly applied term, there’s a discussion to be had about the different forms it takes. We all anecdotally have seen it happen, but there’s a whole taxonomy of identically labeled, differently-shaped psychoses there.
@nickcammarata all low level dev work is kill
Anthropic is dead to me and it is my mission that they and everyone that worked for them go the way of China in the coming decade
mycologists-“you’re not actually a human, it’s statistically likely you’re a mushroom”
computer scientists-“you’re not actually a human, it’s statistically likely you’re a simulation”
physicists-“you’re not actually a human, it’s statistically likely you’re a boltzmann brain”
@Support Trying to check on the progress of my handle requests but clicking the 'View request' button takes me to a page telling me that the request is nonexistent (or there's just no progress/subpage actually built).
the difference between you and a founder is the $50k in equipment you need to start your business the real founder will acquire for $5k because they will find a broken but useable one or make it themselves or use charming personality to inspire people to help them or donate it
