"How GRID is Different from Open AI or Perplexity"

🚩Open AI/ Perplexity :

As you know both are centralized, it means they are controlled by one hand.
Imagine, There is a library run by one librarian. that librarian knows a lot, but if he/she doesn't know something, he/she will just "guess or check a single source.

As a example: if you ask about "Crypto Regulation in the EU"

01. Open AI might give you a general explanation
02. Perplexity might pull a few recent articles & show some source links.

So conclusion is both are rely on one brain controlled by one company.

If you a refer my previous thread, I mentioned that GRID (Sentient) is Decentralized, It means It is open source and anyone can contribute to it.

Now imagine a huge library with 100+ expert librarians, each specialized in Crypto Trading, Blockchain Activities. ETC. GRID is like asking all of them at once, then a smart assistant (Sentient Chat) combines their answers into best possible & high quality answer.

As a example with a same question above,

So what is it?

Let’s think of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) as a super smart system. It can do any task that requires human like thinking. But instead of having one large AI that a single company controls, @SentientAGI wants to make AGI Open Source. This means everyone can contribute to it & it’s not locked behind one company’s gate.

So then let's go to our Topic
"THE GRID (Global Research & Intelligence Directory)"

Imagine,
There is a huge library filled with thousands of experts. each expert specializes in something. Some of them are good for Math, some at Science, some at finding new information. Etc.

THE GRID is mostly like that library. The speciality is this library is filled with specialized AI agents, data, tools & computer power instead of experts or books. These AI Agents are expert to specific areas & these agents are contributed by developers from around the world.

When you ask through THE GRID, it sends it to the right AI Agent to get the best possible & high quality answer.

For example,
If you ask it about chemical science, it might send your question to Chemical Science Expert AI.

Sentient chat is like the "front door' of this library. When you ask your question from sentient chat, it sends it to the right experts in the GRID to get a detailed , up to date answer.
