Friday set the tone: BTC pushed to nearly $80K — its highest since May — as $3.5B of short bets got wiped out and ~$1.6B flowed into Bitcoin ETFs. TradFi's closed now, but crypto trades 24/7, so that momentum just carries.

‼️ Just remember: thin weekend liquidity cuts both ways. The same low volume that lifts price easily can snap it back just as fast.

🧐 Next big test: the Fed's late-August meeting (Aug 27–29 ET), where they'll hint whether cheaper money — lower interest rates — is coming. That's what this whole rally is betting on.

Warsh gives his first keynote as Chair on Aug 28. He's stripped forward guidance, so every line lands harder. This week is positioning week — thin conviction, sharp reactions to any Fed headline.

One of the hardest lessons in memecoin trading is learning to be content with the profit you actually took.

Stop riding other people’s conviction. If a caller said 10x was possible, be happy locking in at 5x because anything can still go wrong. That 5x already means they did you a solid. Show some gratitude.

Greed is what kills most people in this game.

If you keep staring at the “unrealized gains you left on the table because you jeeted,” you’ll struggle to grow your wallet long-term. Take the profit. Feel a little pain if you want, but don’t get greedy and FOMO back in unless it’s your own research and thesis. Don’t force yourself to hold for that full 10x either.

Nobody is perfect. Protect your fucking capital.

It’s never a real profit until you take it.
