@MathStuart I’m in good health & had a mild case of Covid. After I tested negative, my symptoms set in - excruciating joint pain and debilitating brain fog. My doctor hasn’t followed up with me so I’m not in the LC numbers. I was incredibly productive before. Now I can work +/- 3 hours/day.

After 3+ weeks, I tried Lion’s Mane mushroom tincture & taurine. Fog completely cleared after 4 days. Was it real or placebo?

@DawnOls83705442 @DrTomFrieden People do now. Most adults don’t because we already had it, but all children should. The chicken pox virus lives in your body for the rest of your life and causes shingles (which you can also get vaccinated for and should!), Bell’s palsy, and other serious illnesses.

@DrTomFrieden This is no longer true either Omicron. The study that the NIH in the UK just did showed that omicron doesn’t give you any lasting immunity against future omicron infections and actually IMPAIRS your body’s immune defense system’s ability to identify it as a threat & fight it off.

@supersinga @pabloconrad @sickdawgs @LakotaMan1 Me too. I’d love to see more corporations do just that. So many treaties were broken and/or consequently mismanaged by Indian Affairs officers. The US government should at least go back and accurately honor every single treaty, just as a starting point.

@CDCDirector @CDCgov We need to be able to trust you. We need the CDC to have unimpeachable integrity. When the CEO of Delta Airlines pressures the CDC to lower the quarantine period and the CDC complies, you take the last remaining people who defended the CDC and break that trust. We’re adrift.

@taraparkerpope I can't find any information about transmission of delta on airplanes. The Chief Hospitalist at PeaceHealth (B'ham, WA) said he would personally not travel on planes until the surge is over unless it was an absolute emergency. Have you seen any concrete figures?
