On Oct 12,2022 a Lis Pendens was recorded with the Recorder of Deeds in DC which has not been done in the last 30 years on this property.

Current outstanding bill to DC, $236,003.25. However, owners have been paying normal tax bills over the last 3 years. Last payment on March 31st, 2023 of $3,777.00.

Nothing is happening. No updates on court proceedings since 12/30/22 when the judge was changed. Just a reminder on past lawsuits with one of the owners.
