You're right. We still have a long way to go and a lot to teach our Odin.
We released the MVP version of Odin in early February as a smarter replacement for the standard marketplace filters. What we've seen is that users talk to Odin the same way they would chat with a realtor at a bar - very casually and with very specific requests. We’re getting queries like: “I want something in the western part of downtown, with windows facing only the alley...” (This means we need to teach Odin to understand which exact neighborhoods make up downtown in every city, which of them count as the western part, and how to identify apartments with windows facing specific alleys or streets.)
