The customer support were like it’s all my fault that I am using a @ICICIBank account if that’s the case I will close the account just tell me!!
Expecting a refund and a clarity why there is no prior information about any kind of charges!!

Today I faced a worst experience from @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care and their customer support they have deducted multiple amount on some kind of service which I don’t even use!! And that too that deduction has happened without any prior information..
