Russia is now importing gasoline from Morocco. A Panamanian-flagged tanker just unloaded 30,000 tons in Murmansk, and the stuff is already trading on the St. Petersburg exchange with delivery from the Kola Peninsula. Reuters caught it clean. Their own refining capacity is collapsing so badly they are hauling fuel halfway around the world just to keep the lights on.

It's more than a one-off fix. Ukrainian drone strikes have cut Russian gasoline production to roughly 65 percent of seasonal demand, creating a daily shortfall of 40-45 thousand tons. The biggest refineries, from Kstovo to Omsk to Saratov, keep eating precision hits that Moscow can no longer hide. Black-market prices are already hitting 150-200 rubles per liter in the provinces while the regime artificially caps official prices to suppress the inflation numbers. Result: empty stations outside the capitals, colonial-style fuel diversion to Moscow and Petersburg, and growing panic in the regions.

Every fresh tanker from Morocco or India is proof that the empire's energy backbone is cracking. They can import one cargo. They cannot import an entire refining industry that Ukrainian long-range strikes are systematically dismantling. A losing war economy looks like this when the aggressor realizes that launching the fight doesn't guarantee you get to end it on your own terms.

The Kremlin still thinks it can bleed Ukraine into exhaustion. Instead it's bleeding its own strategic depth dry with every refinery fire. Stay on him. Moscow's fuel crisis is not seasonal. It is structural, and it is only getting worse.

The Kremlin just admitted what we already knew: their "special operation" was never about Donbas. They want the entire country. General Sobolev in the State Duma just killed any hope of ending the war this year, openly saying they need to reach Ukraine's western borders and will likely require fresh mobilization in autumn.

Translation: Russia is preparing for another meat wave because their imperial project demands total conquest, not peace. Every Western voice still pushing "negotiations" with this regime is simply laundering Moscow's demand for surrender. Ukraine's path remains unchanged: build the drone army, deepen sanctions bite, and give them the only language they understand on the battlefield.
