Be loyal to your own curiosities. Your own interests. Your own idiosyncrasies. If you want to live a life that feels alive, protect the parts of yourself this world keeps trying to distract you from.
This video has reopened wounds I am struggling to live with.
I recognize one of the men in this image as the person I believe was involved in my abduction on June 25, 2026, at the Serena Hotel parking area.
I also recognize the same Subaru. The number plate appears to have been deliberately obscured or altered, making identification difficult.
Distinctive features, including the vehicle's wheel design and one of the masked men I encountered.
He is the same person who threatened me, saying, "You will be killed, your people will carry leaves for one week, and nothing will happen." Those words have never left my mind.
Despite everything you did to me, you failed to break my spirit.
You stripped me naked, hoping to humiliate me and crush my resolve. Instead, you discovered that courage cannot be stripped away. The strength I carry is not in my clothes or anything I possess it's in my convictions.
You can intimidate a person, but you cannot erase who they are.
Removing my clothes did not remove the Kenyan in me.
It did not remove the Luo in me. It did not silence my voice or weaken my resolve.
I am still standing. I am still speaking. And I am still unafraid.
First, they came for the communists, and I did not speak out because I was not a communist
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for activists, and I did not speak out because I was not an activist.
Then they came for the doctors, and I did not speak out because I was not a doctor
Then they came for the journalists and I did not speak out because I was not a journalist.
Then they came for the advocates and I did not speak out because I was not an advocate.
Then they came for foresters and I did not speak out because I was not a Forester.
And Finally, they came for me and there was no one left to speak for me.
Silence only emboldens the tormentors.

Kenya has enacted a law allowing the Central Bank to provide emergency funding to solvent banks during financial crises. The reforms establish a formal lender of last resort framework to protect financial stability.
This paragraph by Haruki Murakami hits hard:
“Once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.”
Every legal practitioner, every Forester, every active citizen, every Kenyan,
Must come out and speak for Esther Wairimu Keige.
Esther Wairimu was a 54 year old senior Legal Officer , Kenya Forest Service, stationed at Karura Forest
Esther was abducted three weeks ago and she has been found dead.
We cannot normalize abductions and murder in this country.
Enough is Enough!

Aliko Dangote says his planned 700,000-barrel-per-day oil refinery will be built in Kenya instead of Tanzania.
The project is estimated to cost $15–17 billion (about Sh2.2 trillion) and will supply refined fuel to Kenya and other East African countries.
