@AmericanAir Thank you for supporting those who were on cancelled British Airways flight BA043 on 02/01. BA's staff were nowhere to be seen, AA staff assisted their connected passengers from disembarking until they got on the bus the evening.

@British_Airways We were on cancelled flight BA043 to CT on 02/01. We were told that any expenses can be claimed on the website, however the link keeps telling you to come back tomorrow and the call centre can't locate our reference no. is this your way of avoiding payment?
