Nostalgia is always present when thinking of the past. Little did I know that a pen and my camera were going to allow me to free myself from my own thoughts during my life.

I remember my first handicam, it was blue, it brings to me a sense of nostalgia.

Now that I remember, I had some encounters with cameras and filming during my childhood and later as a teenager.

The sunrise was captured once more with a Nikon D3500. Not the best camera in the world, but it’s the one available, and it’s a great companion.

Today’s morning is red and orange. It’s cold up here. Bringing a notebook while filming helps warm my hands through writing.

Execution sometimes is the solution. Perseverance
remains the constant. Freedom is the key.

I started imagining other ways this could move forward.

I was hijacked inside my own self-destructive thoughts, thinking of what couldn’t be done instead of just going for it, thinking about what others might say instead of expressing myself, thinking and overthinking instead of not thinking at all.

The feeling is great. It’s a great feeling of liberation, even if it wasn’t clear before that there was a kind of hijacking happening.
