@united yesterday I was on a flight from Europe back to America. When I arrived, completed customs, there was no way to go from the international terminal to terminal A. We were forced to rent a cab. I called United and asked reimbursement and was refused. Unacceptable!
@united Can you please help the New Orleans United location. They have to be the worst United location in USA. I am 1k and fly close to 100 United. flights a year. From check in to lounge to gate agent. I have never checked in and it go smooth. Must be the rudest.
@united if you loose my bag on a United flight. Then you ship it to me on a different carrier and they loose it. It is not their fault it is yours for using a different carrier. Take responsibility or people will stop using you. Customer service now is horrible with UA.

@united has drastically changed their customer service and loyalty to premier customers. Many canceled flights, endless delays, and zero clarity on whatโs happening. My bag was totally damaged and they are refusing responsibility. Travelers deserve better. 1k is nothing to them.
@TMobile Sales an international plan for $50 a month. I buy it and use it for two months. Now I am banned for using international plan for 12 months. @ATT I shall return.
@TMobileHelp be careful using T-Mobile if you travel internationally. After paying for their Global plan, they said that I used too much Internet and now Iโm suspended automatically for one year. Absolutely horrible.
@TMobileHelp I was told over the phone that your system automatically suspended my international internet after paying for it. It is now suspended for 1 year. Ridiculous.
