Despite the brief hurrah and euphoria of getting Tulip back after nearly 9 months of battling, I find it utterly incomprehensible that you still find ways of causing us unnecessary stress due to your astronomical incompetence and inconsistency. People, DON'T @getmarshmallow.

We paid for Tulip immediately and you released her to us having received payment. On Thursday I collected Tulip. So why is it today at 11.11 you tell us you can't close the claim you were desperate to close as you haven't received payment? WTF?...
@getmarshmallow I just hope all the other poor souls who's cars are missing in action, robbed by salvagers, or their arsehole insurance Co's won't speak to them/payout/make claims no fault/won't give back NCD's/etc can maintain the energy to keep fighting to a good conclusion? NEVER GIVE UP!!!

@CopartUKAuto There are still people who have no idea where their cars are, some who haven't been paid out because their insurance co's don't care and others who won't get paid out as they're 3rd party only. DISGUSTING.
@getmarshmallow@LDNLutonAirport@GeoffBuysCars If you do choose cheap insurance, or indeed any insurance, and your car is involved in an "insurance catastrophe", you're screwed anyway. So what's the point of insurance??
