We paid for Tulip immediately and you released her to us having received payment. On Thursday I collected Tulip. So why is it today at 11.11 you tell us you can't close the claim you were desperate to close as you haven't received payment? WTF?...

@getmarshmallow I just hope all the other poor souls who's cars are missing in action, robbed by salvagers, or their arsehole insurance Co's won't speak to them/payout/make claims no fault/won't give back NCD's/etc can maintain the energy to keep fighting to a good conclusion? NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Hurrah!! Tulip is free!! The only problem is the "specialist recovery team" from @CopartUKAuto smacked her roof into the floor above so @getmarshmallow have written her off as Cat A scrap. Well done Copart. Great job. 👏👏
