@DsrPrivate Andy, question about recent DSR & number of cuts depending on Cook, Powell staying on.
I have heard some people say that Fed is not a democracy & chairman can set rates unilaterally. I’m sure there is politics involved etc but what do you think, do rate cuts depend on votes or no
