Does the weak and haphazard system of online education of NITP entitle the college administration to conduct online exams without giving students a reasonable span??

My sincere question to the administration of #NITP is that who would be responsible if "Finding suitable means to give the exams" results in a student getting infected in the widespread pandemic?

With less than 10 days of online Classes and without completing the syllabus, students are forced to appear for online Exams despite weak internet connectivity, unavailability of Books, Laptops etc. #prmotenitpstudents #nitpagainstonlineexam #justicefornitpian @DrRPNishank
