The warming increases the rate of evaporation from the ocean which increases precipitation. There is no evidence warming temp lead to more drought. Not even the ICPP makes that claim and that's shit propaganda.

If the climate is always in flux, then why would you be concerned about 1 degree in 100+ years? Yes, the claim is because we measured a temp in the 1860's this is somehow the norm, even though it was very clearly the tail end of a cooling period, that the change since 1860 is somehow bad.
