@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusting service, told 2 weeks ago my broadband was on its way and it wasn't even ordered.
Spoke to a different person was told it's being installed this week just received an email saying it's being installed on the 19th September so I've cancelled it,
@ThreeUKSupport can someone please let me know what is happening with voice calls as I can't receive any? The web site says it's good but the message on the phone says it's out. This is the second time in a few weeks??????????????????
@urphonesuk why doesn't anyone answer the phone, it plays music for 15 or so minutes then rings for 10 minutes then cuts off ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก
@btbusinesscare I have been trying to get help from bt for ages regarding my business broadband. I no longer have a business due to having going through 2 different types of cancer.
I can not afford the cost and want to change to residential.... no one seems to be interested....
@bt_uk This is the same number as before and no one has helped????25 different people over the week??? Fobbed off at every opportunity, absolutely disgraceful
