My cousin Craig died at 29 from ulcerative colitis. My Aunt Georgi at 60 from the same disease. Your family knows that grief and has carried it with a grace that still undoes me.

But I also want to say this: your journey has moved me deeply. Your sobriety. Your refusal to let anyone define you by your worst moments. The way you handle trolls with wit, intelligence, and logic — in real time, in public — is showing people what recovery and dignity actually look like. It matters more than you know.

🇺🇦 The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has officially codified and adopted into service the armored vehicle MAC OWL, produced by the Ukrainian company MAC HUB. It was first publicly presented at the beginning of this year.
🔻 The MAC OWL was developed in cooperation with the South African company Paramount Group and is essentially the Ukrainian-adapted version of the South African Mbombe 4 armored vehicle.
🔻 The vehicle’s protection level meets NATO standard STANAG 4569 Level 4 (capable of withstanding 14.5mm bullets) and weighs 16 tons. Despite its weight, it can reach a maximum speed of 100 km/h, thanks to a 450 hp engine. The crew consists of 3 servicemen and it can transport an additional 6 fully equipped soldiers.

France is sleepwalking into a disaster in the 2027 presidential election.

If the political center stretching from the center-left to the center-right fails to unite before the election, the country could face a devastating second-round choice between Jordan Bardella and Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

Recent polling confirms that a catastrophic Bardella versus Mélenchon runoff is a real possibility. Such an outcome would be an absolute disaster for France and Europe. Both figures are fundamentally pro-Russian cowards who consistently side with Vladimir Putin over Ukraine, sacrificing Western security for dangerous political theater.
