I am fortunate to have a #luckystaker. 9 block proposals in the 5.5months since activation. After a week of downtime when I set it up (my fault) it proposed a block on its very first attestation. All going to the @Rocket_Pool#smoothingpool (and will continue to).
I’m 20 years old, still a university student.
Before this dispute, I was one of the top 10 YES holders in the Polymarket MicroStrategy market. I lost around 35,000 USDC because I trusted the written rule.
The rule said YES if MicroStrategy sold Bitcoin by May 31.
It did not say the sale had to be publicly disclosed by May 31.
That is the whole issue.

Silence is what platforms count on.
Don’t give them that.
@RyanSAdams all of this without sacrificing what makes blockchains valuable in the first place
decentralization.
all of this without taking shortcuts that increase counterparty risk.
all of this without switching off, ever.
Interesting that they are now showing these benchmarks side-by-side with Mythos, to reinforce that you do not have access to the most intelligent model.
I always wondered when we'd get here. But we have now for the first time entered the undemocratic era of AI. You are not important enough to have access to the greatest intelligence, and Anthropic wants you to know that.
The most annoying thing about being human on Earth right now is the absolute waste of potential.
Brilliant minds and artists could be solving world hunger, climate change, and ending cancer, etc.
We could house, feed, clothe, and care for everyone.
But instead, we’ve decided to let a handful of asshats become billionaires, start wars, murder and imprison people, and keep the majority in poverty while ruining the climate.
It’s so stupid. The wasted ingenuity hurts to think about.
🚨 Google Photos stores every photo you've ever taken.
Your face. Your family. Your location. Your entire life. On Google's servers. Someone built the replacement.
It's called Immich.
A self-hosted Google Photos alternative that runs on your own hardware. Every feature. None of the surveillance.
No Google scanning your photos. No $30/year storage subscription. No 15GB limit. No AI training on your family memories.
Here's what Immich does that Google Photos does:
→ Automatic phone backup. iOS and Android. Background sync. Like Google Photos.
→ AI face recognition. Identifies and groups people automatically. Runs locally.
→ Natural language search. Type "dog on beach" or "sunset mountains." Finds it.
→ Timeline view. Scroll through years of photos chronologically.
→ Map view. Every photo plotted on a world map by GPS data.
→ Shared albums with comments and likes. Share with family.
→ Partner sharing. Two people see each other's full libraries.
→ Duplicate detection. Finds similar photos. Asks before deleting.
Here's what Immich does that Google Photos doesn't:
→ Your photos never leave your house
→ No storage limits. Your disk. Your rules.
→ No subscription. Ever.
→ Full metadata control. Google strips EXIF data on export. Immich preserves everything.
→ You own the server. You own the data. You own the backups.
Here's the wildest part:
Search "birthday cake" and it finds every birthday photo. Search "red car" and it finds every car photo. All powered by CLIP running locally on your machine. Google-level AI search without Google seeing a single pixel.
Google One costs $30/year for 100GB. $100/year for 2TB. Over 10 years that's $300 to $1,000 paid to store your own memories on someone else's computer.
A $200 hard drive stores 2TB of photos forever. Immich runs on it for free.
95.4K GitHub stars. 5.2K forks. 9,593 commits. iOS and Android apps. Web interface.
100% Open Source.
No one is talking about the epstein files anymore. He is getting what he wanted. It should be trending everyday until we get them. I am so sick of this fucker getting away with everything. WHEN IS HE GOING TO PAY FOR HIS CRIMES?? He deserves to rot in jail.
If this was a real assassination attempt.
Secret Service would have rushed him off the stage.
They let him stand there out in the open, raise his fist in the air and say the word “Fight!” three times.
I knew the moment it happened that it was staged.
Peter Thiel’s surveillance software Palantir is now being installed throughout the Pentagon.
I feel compelled to bring up his meeting with JEFFREY EPSTEIN & THE RUSSIAN UN AMBASSADOR on the day the Russian-hacked Podesta emails AND the Access Hollywood video were released.
Why has no media taken this seriously?
This is a hot smoking gun that Peter Thiel should be in a Supermax, not collecting data from the US ARMED FORCES.
Everyone’s saying OpenAI got the “same deal” Anthropic was banned for.
Read the fine print. They’re not the same:
On weapons:
Anthropic asked for “no fully autonomous weapons without human oversight” = a human involved in the decision.
OpenAI’s deal says “human responsibility for the use of force” = someone accountable, which can happen after the fact.
Oversight ≠ Responsibility. One requires a human before the trigger. The other requires a name on the paperwork after.
On surveillance:
Dario said explicitly: current law hasn’t caught up with AI. The government can already buy your movement data, browsing history, etc without a warrant. AI can assemble that into a complete picture of your life, at scale. That’s mass surveillance without breaking a single law.
Anthropic wanted protections beyond current law.
OpenAI’s deal says the Pentagon “reflects them in law and policy.” That’s existing law as the safeguard, the exact law Anthropic said is insufficient.
Same words. Different agreements. Read them carefully
@DCinvestor If all trust in civilisation crumbles because of this then let it collapse and let us build something new
Sadly, too many people in power still benefit from this rotten corse of a society.
this is the crux of the matter
most normies aren’t vibe coding apps and don’t care about that
most haven’t even replaced google searches with chatbots yet
so if the newest and most readily available value prop is primarily “general white collar labor replacement”, then most people aren’t going to be excited about
they’ve seen that story before and they know it doesn’t end well
yah, it’s a necessary stepping stone to AGI and disease cures and fusion power which sounds nice, but job displacement is what we are getting today/tomorrow without the hyper-abundance needed to create a soft landing, compounded with many governments in the world at unsustainable debt loads
it’s a branding problem today, and a societal problem tomorrow, and an avenue to hyper-abundance at some unspecified time in the future
and you haven’t even seen the backlash yet (but i suspect you will)
So Trump is unilaterally committing $10B of US tax payer money...
To an offshore entity that he controls and is the lifelong chairman of.
He is robbing America blind, and about 1/3rd of the country is too stupid to see it!
🚨 MAJOR BOMBSHELL: Ted Lieu says the full, unreleased Epstein files show Donald Trump R*PING children.
That’s what’s being hidden.
That’s why the files stay sealed.
That’s why there are no arrests.
Release everything. Let the truth come out. Or RESIGN!
Saturn One is live!
Rocket Pool's biggest upgrade ever has been successfully deployed on mainnet.
RPL fee switch, 4 ETH validators, MEGAPOOLs, & more are now active.
In 2026, Rocket Pool is still the only fully permissionless staking protocol - no reliance on AWS or a select few trusted "professionals".
Rocket Pool has been built in alignment with Ethereum's core values since day one. If you support credible neutrality & freedom from censorship, there has never been a better time stake your ETH with Ethereum's decentralised liquid staking protocol.
