Your expertise is worthless if nobody knows about it.
Every day you stay silent is a day someone else claims the authority that could have been yours.
Visibility creates perceived expertise.
While you're waiting to feel "ready" to be seen as an authority, someone less qualified but more courageous is building their empire.
Authority is claimed, not granted.
Pure clinicians get trapped in production.
Pure businesspeople lose edge.
Pure leaders lack credibility.
But integrators? They build empires. Stop choosing. Start multiplying.
If your case acceptance is below 85%, you're leaving 6 figures on the table annually.
Patients don't buy dentistry.
They buy confidence, relief, status, and peace of mind.
Master this psychology, double your production.
The biggest lie in dentistry?
That you have to choose between clinical excellence and business success.
Elite performers don't balance - they integrate and multiply.
Individual excellence is a trap. Systems excellence is freedom.
You're not building a practice.
You're building a wealth-generation machine that serves your life's vision.
The gap between knowing and doing is where most dentists die professionally.
Information without implementation is worthless.
Knowledge isn't your problem. Execution is.
You think you're stuck because of student debt, market conditions, or lack of opportunity.
The real prison? It's in your mind.
Your brain is wired to maintain the status quo, even when it's killing your spirit.
Brutal truth: Your perfect margins won't make you wealthy.
Clinical excellence is table stakes, not your ticket to freedom.
Elite dentists spend 90% on business psychology, 10% on clinical skills. You're doing it backwards.
A wealth transfer is happening:
20% of dentists are capturing 80% of premium patients
Not because of:
- Location
- Tech
- Marketing
But because of:
- Neural architecture
- Decision speed
- Value optimisation
The game changed.
Did you?
8AM-12PM = Peak neural performance
Elite dentists protect these hours like gold:
No low-value procedures
No distractions
$1,200/hr minimum
Your most valuable asset isn't time.
It's peak mental state.
Guard it accordingly.
Success follows a simple formula:
Value Creation
Γ Systematic Delivery
Γ Neural Adaptation
= Revenue
But most skip the last variable.
You can't scale externally
until you upgrade internally.
Start there.
Your brain has one job:
Keep you safe.
But safety = stagnation.
The elite spend 70% of time in growth mode.
The average spend 60% in survival mode.
Choose discomfort.
Engineer stress.
Watch everything expand.
The average person avoids their numbers.
The elite are obsessed with them.
Truth: What you measure multiplies.
Start tracking your hourly rate.
Watch your standards rise.
Watch your income follow.
The math doesn't lie.
A counterintuitive truth about scaling:
Don't chase more patients.
Engineer higher value.
100 patients Γ $500 = $50k/month
100 patients Γ $1,500 = $150k/month
Same input.
3x output.
This is leverage.
What I am about to tell you is literally how billionaires become billionaires
YOU NEED TO BECOME A FINANCIAL WIZARD
If you can focus and read this thing I promise you will 10x your business and destroy your competition
I have paid accountants and consultants hundreds of thousands just to learn this
with my most recent company I perfected this and increased my valuation about 30 Million in 8 months
You should be constantly trying to be in more debt
borrowing money at rates lower than inflation with your assets as collateral (equity, real estate, crypto)
this means you don't have to take out money from your business for example and get taxed
you keep the money in the business and buy things with loans
So you don't have to sell your assets, or make any taxable withdraws
If you take out a business loan for 100k and your business did 100k revenue, you can create 200k of untaxable currency
you are doubling your energy
reinvest all of your revenue into blitz scaling and "general business expenses" and interest payments on the loan
Those are deductible expenses
meaning you didn't make 100k to show the IRS you actually just broke even
"but how will I have money to buy food and a car and pay my rent and and and"
Thats why you use the loan
You can always have money without ever paying tax
this is how billionaires operate
this is how you move faster
you must be more competent to do this
Its just like playing guitar hero on easy and thinking you are the sh*t then trying hard mode
but, at the highest level that is where you must be
If you are not using outside capital you are forced to give away minimum 35% of what you make every year
You are just throwing that money away instead of deploying that capital to increase market share
You will lose to someone who is competing with you if they are a competent entrepreneur doing this
you are not scaling correctly if you aren't showing close to zero profit yearly
does that make you nervous and uncomfortable?
It should.
You just discovered the skill gap
your stress tolerance should be tested often
You can still live a great life because you are putting up your equity in the business as collateral for these loans (or borrow from crypto trust but you guys are not ready for that)
so the more revenue you make even if you show zero profit you can get a bigger loan
make sure you don't build your business in an unsustainable way which is a trap I have fallen into before
you need to constantly understand your margins if you weren't spending so aggressively and make sure that you would still be profitable without outside capital
(ie paying yourself a salary, scaling back team, marketing budgets, etc)
you don't technically have to do this but if you ever want an exit, your business needs to be sustainable without your messiah-like financial voodoo
a good indicator is if it's hard for you to find things to spend money on before tax season
(pro tip you should buy all of your subscriptions yearly right before tax season)
If you are trying to speedrun life, this is essential
you cannot be afraid to borrow, in a market that penalizes profit and incentivises loss
your choice is simple
continue as an average operator feeling comfortable
or take your business to its maximum potential and market share
give it to the IRS or use it to create value for yourself and the market
this is sh*t that I have had to learn and could charge stupid money for but I'm just handing it to you
there's lots of nuance involved in this and you need to do your research
I won't even get started in the credit card sauce because this would be too long but the high-level overview is
0% credit exists, even if you have no income and are broke
credit cards are the same thing as loans to the IRS so this all applies
whats crazy is when you start using 0% credit cards to pay off loans then when the interest kicks in you just balance transfer to a different 0% interest card
this is demonstrating true financial literacy
become a wizard who can do actual money glitches and you will not lose to the comp.
Internalize this and you are ahead of the game monumentally
you f*gs better share this because this took my a long time to time and I ain't getting paid for this sh*t
my intention is to decrease IRS revenue
Most dentists upgrade their tech but run on outdated mental code.
Here's the reality:
Your neural patterns create your results.
Not your tactics.
Elite performers know this.
Now you do too.
Time to rewrite your operating system.
Everyone talks about embracing failure until they're staring at their biggest L.
Truth is, those moments that keep you up at night? They're not your enemy.
They're your most valuable professional assets. But only if you know how to use them.
The quality of your success isn't determined by how often you fail.
It's determined by how efficiently you convert failure into capability.
Stop collecting L's. Start converting them.
