@QBCares Question-how long should a business customer expect to wait for service when calling customer support? A few minutes? Hours? Days? Asking for a friend.
@QBCares Our rep was on the phone for HOURS two days in a row to fix something QB screwed up. She has been waiting patiently for TWO DAYS for a supervisor to call back. This is ridiculously poor customer service.
